Mahila police have booked the professor for using criminal force with an intent to outrage the modesty of a woman and relevant sections of the SC/ST Atrocities Prevention ActUjjain: A head of department of a local college was on Friday booked for allegedly molesting an assistant professor working under him and using caste slur against her.The victim had lodged a complaint with Mahila police alleging that the accused professor had been harassing her for some months. On Friday too, he made sexual advances in the staff room and addressed her with caste remarks.Mahila police have booked the professor for using criminal force with an intent to outrage the modesty of a woman and relevant sections of the SC/ST Atrocities Prevention Act. The accused has also lodged a complaint against the assistant professor for beating and criminal intimidation, Jeevajiganj police station in-charge Vivek Kanodia said. The professor is yet to be arrested.
