The govt had earlier sanctioned Rs 5 lakh for installing gym equipment. Geetanjali Dash, in-charge vice-chancellor, inaugurated the gym located near the social science block.All equipment are easy to use without any trainer, a teacher said. “The initiative aims to promote health and fitness among students. During leisure periods, the students can utilise different equipment to keep themselves fit,” said Dash.
